We were informed after only 10 months residence at our last, Persimmon residence, that the owner was putting the house up for sale. This was a shock, after being told that we could remain as tenants at that address for several years to come.
Alas, things do change unpredictably at times…

Please park on the same side of Magdelin as our house if possible. And if you must park on the opposite side of the road, please leave at least five feet between your vehicle and the neighbour’s driveway directly across from ours. As my sign says, go up the driveway and through the gate to the left of the house to reach the clinic.The clinic entrance is through the sliding glass door you see on this back deck. You’re welcome to sit on the back deck if the weather is nice. Otherwise, please enter and take a seat in the waiting area just inside the sliding door. Washroom is to your left inside the door.
